OUR COMMITTMENT
In 1979, the people of Benicia, California established the Benicia-Tula Sister Cities association, in cooperation with the City of Benicia, to cultivate a Sister Cities relationship of mutual support with the city of Tula, Hidalgo, Mexico. Benicia-Tula Sister Cities is committed to developing understanding, communication, and friendship between the two cultures.
