Touring the Napa County Flood Control System

Benicia members take the new Mayor (Christhian Martínez) and Councilmembers of Tula on a tour of Napa's Flood Control System. In the last few years, Tula had experienced severe damage due to heavier, unprecedented rainfalls and an old flood control system that is no longer adequate. The new President of Mexico (Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo) has committed resources to upgrading the flood control system for México City and Tula. (Tula is less than an hour north of México City and is downstream of the storm waters released from México City.) After the tour, members had a chance to relax and enjoy shopping at the Napa outlets.
